You’re a busy person who has sh*t to do. We publish our rates so you don’t have to waste your time sending requests for a quote, sitting through sales calls, and reading complicated contracts. We don’t believe in charging surprise fees or unexpected extra costs. Everything is customizable β of course β but you should know what to expect before you proceed.
Below are monthly packagesβget two months free with an annual contract! After that, there are a couple of project-based packages for websites and strategic planning, though we can craft a custom proposal for any project! Southeast Climate & Energy Network members are eligible for a 25% discount. (501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations only!)
Monthly Rates
We know that every business situation is unique. We offer a range of packages below that fit the typical organization’s needs, but we are delighted to craft a custom proposal that best aligns with your needs.
Buttermilk Pie
This is ideal for a small-but-growing organization or business looking for some basic marketing and PR support. Five hours a month might include graphic design (e.g., flyers and social media graphics), social media maintenance, and 1-2 press releases. These are your hours β use them however you wish!

You get 10 hours of my time per month to use how you’d like. That might include basic website maintenance, weekly social media management, and as-needed graphic design services. It’s your call!

Whether you need a landing page or a full website overhaul, we’ve got you covered! We specialize in WordPress sites, but are more than happy to design your new digital home on any mainstream content management system (CMS). Sites start at $750 for a landing page or single-page site (excluding site domain and hosting) and billed at a discounted hourly rate of $65 beyond that.

Strategic Planning
Strategic planning can be a tedious exercise, but it can also be deliciously exciting when done right! This is our bread and butter β we love working with organizations to help you create your own perfect recipe for success! The key to a great strategic planning process is to tailor it to your needs. Strategic Planning packages start at $1,500 (20 hours) and billed at a discounted hourly rate of $65 beyond that.
